








I’m interning with AI for Product Teams, part of IBM’s AI and Automation division, where I’m designing AI agents and multi-agent workflows to help product teams (researchers, designers, developers, and PMs) work more efficiently on their day-to-day tasks.
I was part of the Plutus team, working on a cloud cost management platform to help LOBs maximize savings on hyperscaler expenses.
I led end-to-end design of 5 reporting tools and 2 new features, executing everything from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final release in Q4 2024.
I earned recognition for owning the cost reporting tool redesign and dashboard redesign, informed by user testing & interviews, introducing 5 interactive chart visualizations that reshaped data interpretation.
On top of that, I partnered closely with the UX Design Specialist to implement a "saving views" feature, now integral to all reporting tools, reducing analysis time and improving user efficiency.
I carried out UX audits and redesigned 4 websites serving 1.8M+ annual users, optimizing content strategy and info architecture, while aligning faculty & departmental branding, to improve usability and navigation.
I then built the redesigned websites using Drupal CMS, achieving a 140% increase in total users and a 131% improvement in engagement within 3 months post-launch.
I also championed the creation of 2 card styles in the design system, documenting processes and use cases to streamline the design-to-development handoff and ensure consistency across platforms.
I conducted a heuristic evaluation on their data-heavy loyalty management system, focusing on data visualization.
It was a brief but impactful internship, where I helped streamline customer engagement strategies for their B2B clients.
Although I started as a data analyst intern, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for UX design.
I'm leading initiatives to grow Figma’s presence on campus by building design communities, hosting events, promoting education programs, and improving student proficiency with Figma’s tools.
